We would rather say this plainly than bury it. Google Analytics runs on every page in the mode Google calls consent mode, which means the tag is present from the start but is told it has no permission. It sets no cookie, keeps no identifier and cannot connect one page view of yours to the next. What Google receives before you decide is an anonymous signal that a page was opened. Agree, and it starts measuring properly. Refuse, and it stays exactly as it was. Attribution is different: that script does not load at all unless you allow it.
Your decision is kept in your browser’s local storage under the key kx-consent, along with the date you made it. It is not a cookie and it is not sent to us, so recording that you said no does not itself require your consent. Clearing your browser storage clears the decision, and we will ask again.
Use the cookie control in the bottom-left corner of any page, or . Turning a category off withdraws its permission to store anything and clears the cookies it had already set.
Withdrawing is deliberately no harder than agreeing: the reject and accept controls sit side by side, at the same size.
Write to hello@kapnetix.ai and a person will answer.
We use two, and neither is needed to read anything here. One tells us which pages get read, the other tells us which company a visit came from. Neither stores anything on your device unless you allow it, and you can change your mind from the footer at any time.
